Payment Terms
30% Prepayment at time of booking.
Balance to be paid 60 days prior to travel.
Terms over festive season on application
Option 1: Bank Transfer
The customer will be liable for any bank charges.
Option 2: Credit Card Payment
Available on request. A 3% transaction fee will be applicable for the customer.
Cancellation Policy South Africa
90 – 41 days prior to travel: 30% (forfeit the deposit paid)
40 – 02 days prior to travel: 100%
01 days – NO SHOW: 100%
Special cancellation terms may apply for certain products, services and seasons.

General Terms:
- The hotels and lodges mentioned in the itinerary will depend on availability at the time of making the booking. Should alternatives be used, they will be of similar standards
- The rates are advertised as a “from” rate and are an indicative rate. The final cost per person will be dependent on a number of factors, e.g availability, group size, month of travel, special requests, valid property specials etc.
